Boekenweek Promotion: Free Entry

On Sunday 22 March 2026, the final day of Boekenweek, you can enjoy free entry to the Oude Kerk upon presenting the Boekenweekgeschenk.*

From 11 to 22 March, the annual Boekenweek takes place. For the second year in a row, you won’t just be able to read these stories in books—you can also experience them on Sunday 22 March at one of the many participating museums, including the Oude Kerk. With a purchase of €15 or more, you will not only receive the free Boekenweekgeschenk De Krater by author Gerwin van der Werf, but also a complimentary museum visit.
